The development also includes retail, micro-retail, and amenity spaces such as a dog park, fitness center, co-working spaces, interactive water features, a swimming pool, and a food hall. This is a prevailing wage project, and bidders are expected to submit complete proposals with clearly identified assumptions, exclusions, and acknowledgment of all issued bid documents and addenda.

The Perry (92H)

Bid Due Date: March 31, 2026Scopes Requested: Earthwork, grading, roads and paving, aggregate base, curb and gutter, sidewalks and ADA ramps, stamped concrete, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, domestic water, dry utilities trench, street lighting, landscaping, restoration, and erosion control.
This project includes the site and civil improvements for Eagle Ridge at Currin Creek – Phase 1 & 2B, together with associated off-site work and River Mill roundabout improvements, in accordance with the civil drawings, specifications, and applicable City of Estacada standards. Phase 1 establishes the infrastructure backbone for 88 lots across approximately 26.84 acres, including primary access roads and stormwater detention facilities, while Phase 2B adds 19 lots across approximately 3.21 acres and connects into utilities stubbed from Phase 1. The overall scope generally includes earthwork and grading, roads and paving, curb and sidewalk, underground utilities, street lighting, and landscaping/erosion control, with coordination required across phasing, utility interfaces, traffic control, and City standards.
