PacifiCap Construction was founded in 2008 as the construction affiliate of Palindrome Properties Group, a real estate development and investment company based in Portland, OR. Since its inception, PacifiCap has grown into a full-service general contractor serving the Southwest, Pacific Northwest, and Mountain West regions of the United States. Built on the principles of creating extraordinary experiences, delivering exceptional quality, and revitalizing urban environments, PacifiCap brings a true owner’s perspective to every project.
