Ryan Whitt is the Director of Construction and Managing Partner at PacifiCap Construction, where he leads the company’s vision for excellence in building and development services. With a hands on, quality driven approach, he oversees all aspects of construction to ensure each project reflects PacifiCap’s standards of integrity, innovation, and craftsmanship.
Ryan brings extensive experience in project management, field operations, and client relations, with a background spanning large scale commercial, Class A, hi-rise, residential subdivisions, and muiti-family projects. His practical, on-site experience allows him to translate challenges into efficient solutions that deliver long term value.
In his role, Ryan guides PacifiCap’s growth while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring the company delivers enduring projects and strong partnerships in the communities it serves.
