Steve Bighorse is PacifiCap Construction’s Director of Quality and Safety and became a partner in 2022, reflecting his leadership and commitment to the company’s future. From 2020 to 2024, he served as General Superintendent, managing complex projects, coordinating teams across multiple sites, and making sure everything was delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
With years of hands-on experience in field operations and safety, Steve has built a reputation for keeping teams accountable and projects running smoothly. He balances innovation with responsibility, prioritizing safety, building client trust, and ensuring every project meets PacifiCap’s standards of quality. His leadership continues to shape the company as a trusted construction partner across the regions it serves.
