PacifiCap Construction’s Internship Program is built to give students real-world construction experience, not just a desk assignment. Interns work alongside project managers, superintendents, and field teams, gaining hands-on exposure to preconstruction, estimating, coordination, and jobsite operations. Our goal is simple: develop future builders by giving them meaningful responsibility, mentorship, and a clear path into the industry.
