Kaufman’s is the home of traditional hand-rolled bagels crafted by acclaimed baker David Kaufman. Each bagel combines time-honored techniques with a touch of innovation, reflecting a dedication to quality and flavor in every bite.

In 2021, PacifiCap was brought on to bring these New York-style bagels to Albuquerque. The buildout transformed an existing retail space into three inviting areas, including a communal entry, public restrooms, a commercial kitchen, and a full restaurant space.

PacifiCap self-performed framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and millwork to bring the vision to life. Today, Kaufman’s offers a warm, welcoming space where locals and visitors can enjoy freshly crafted bagels, celebrating the craft and tradition behind every bite.
