Completed in 2025, Stark Street 4-Plex is a modern townhome project in the Buckman neighborhood of Portland. Prior to its construction, the site contained a single-family residence that PacifiCap deconstructed in-house, reclaiming lumber that continues to be used across many of the company’s Pacific Northwest projects today. The four townhomes feature two above-ground stories plus a convertible ADU basement, modern finishes, Woodtone siding, and extensive glazing that brings in abundant natural light.
