Originally known as the Imperial 400, The Imperial is a boutique hotel on historic Route 66 in Albuquerque's East Downtown (EDO) neighborhood. The historic renovation pays homage to the Jet Age styling of the original property while adding a modern edge. This 1960s gem was completely renovated from the inside out and now features suites, as well as king, queen, and extended-stay rooms. The property also includes two new buildings that house several micro-retail spaces, a cocktail lounge, food hall, pool and party deck, and a coffee shop.

The architectural language of the two new buildings draws inspiration from the distinctive mid-century style of the original motel, with a contemporary interpretation that includes a fold-out glass façade, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

PacifiCap Construction self-performed selective demolition of the existing motel, finish carpentry in the rooms, millwork, and FF&E installation.
