THE PAVILION
A public-private partnership built in conjunction with Portland Prosper, The Pavilion is a flexible indoor-outdoor venue designed for markets, seasonal gatherings, concerts, and community events in Portland. Large garage doors open the space to an outdoor patio, creating a natural extension of the venue. Connected to The ZED, The Pavilion serves as a lively hub where neighbors, visitors, and local makers come together year-round for food, music, and celebration.
The Pavilion was once a carpet store and part of the defunct Bakery Blocks, which had fallen into disrepair. Restoring its old charm, the space now offers a sprawling indoor/outdoor area featuring five food pods, a music venue, and a gathering space connected to a future development on the lot directly north.
The project also includes storage for the Lents Farmers Market, a 25,000-barrel brewery expansion and 150,000-pound grain storage for Zoiglhaus Brewing, and four maker spaces for local entrepreneurs.
