THE ZED
The ZED was a multi-phased expansion and tenant improvement project for Zoiglhaus Brewing in Portland’s Lents neighborhood, now a major hub for food, drink, and entertainment in the area.
PacifiCap began with the canning operations for Zoiglhaus, Ascendant, and other contract brews in the region. The project includes an 1,800-square-foot walk-in freezer for cans and kegs, a canning line capable of producing up to 100 cases per hour, and brewing materials storage.
Next, the Zenith Room was developed on the building’s second floor as a versatile event venue designed for weddings, corporate gatherings, and community celebrations. The space features a main event area, conference rooms, private spaces, and a commercial kitchen.
Downstairs, in the existing restaurant, PacifiCap built four food pods with commercial hoods and equipment hookups, remodeled and added bathrooms, and created the Zephyr Lounge, a craft cocktail lounge.
