The Upper Ten
The Upper Ten is a historic renovation of a building originally constructed in 1913. The project involved a full interior teardown and complete replacement of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The exterior was refreshed with new stucco, wood-framed windows, and a modern storefront, blending the building’s historic character with contemporary updates.
Inside, the space was transformed into a vibrant coworking environment featuring 10 offices, an employee lounge and kitchen, and two retail spaces. The design balances functionality with a welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for businesses and visitors alike.
PacifiCap self-performed the demolition, wood-framed window construction and installation, and finish carpentry, helping bring the project to life while preserving the building’s historic charm for modern use.
